Students:
The Internship Description form should be completed first and signed by your internship sponsor. The Student Contract will need to be signed by you prior to officially starting your internship. Company sponsors no longer need to sign your Student Contract. A sponsor's signature on the description form, 1) verifies your employment and 2) Endorses your internship description as accurate and complete. This signatory has replaced previous internship processes.
