Assistantship/Financial Aid
Two types of assistantships are available in the Del E. Webb School of Construction, Research Assistantships and Teaching Assistantships. Both are paid positions with tuition benefits. Some positions include health insurance benefits as well.
Research Assistants:
RA's are hired by individual faculty members to aid in ongoing research projects. Faculty members interview and hire their own assistants. If you are interested in this type of position, you will need to contact the professors individually.
Teaching Assistants:
TA's are hired by the department to help a faculty member with the teaching load of the larger undergraduate courses. The professor identifies these students and the department hires. Students who receive these positions have typically been at the School for at least a semester.
