Banquet Registration

Student Registration Form

The form below is to register for the Del E. Webb School of Construction Student Banquet on Saturday, November 17th, 2007 from 4:00 - 7:00pm at the ASU Tempe Campus.

  • Be sure to include your guests' names and meal choices in the appropriate boxes. We will use this information to order meals and print nametags for everyone that attends.
  • Campus Tours are optional and run from 2:00 - 4:00pm; space is limited to 90 people. We will let you know if you are scheduled for a campus tour when we verify your attendance at the Banquet.
  • Students, in consideration of others, we ask that you limit your attendance to you and your parents. If you have an exception, please contact us and we will check for available space.
