MISSION
The Construction in Indian Country (CIIC) organization exists to improve the quality of sustained construction on the lands of American Indians, Alaska Natives, and other indigenous peoples through education and by building trust between tribes and industry.

VISION
The Construction in Indian Country (CIIC) is committed to being the world leader in improving the quality of sustained construction in the lands of American Indians, Alaska Natives and other indigenous peoples through education.

VALUES
There are three core values of the Construction in Indian Country organization:

  1. TRUST. CIIC values building trust, creating transparent dialogue, and maintaining its reputation as an “Honest Broker” between tribes and industry.
  2. EDUCATION. CIIC values educating tribes and industry on various construction issues in Indian Country while helping tribes “Grow Their Own” construction professionals.
  3. RELEVANCE. CIIC values providing practical tools and being a relevant source of information for tribes and industry.
