Registration Fee:
The registration fee includes an 8'x6' exhibit space, two passes to the exhibit space only, continental breakfast and lunch for both days, and exhibit listing in the conference program and website. (Exhibit space includes a 6'x30" table with skirt, two chairs, waste basket, and standard electricity.)
$700 per exhibit

Shipping and Storage:
Exhibitors shipping to the Radisson Fort McDowell Resort may send to 10438 North Fort McDowell Casino Road, Fountain Hills, Arizona 85264. Please label all boxes with the recipient’s name, contact information, and reference the Construction in Indian Country Conference. Due to storage constraints, exhibitors cannot receive material prior to three days before arrival. Shipments received before that day is subject to $25.00 per day storage fee directly with the resort. Exhibitors are allowed to send a maximum of five boxes; each additional box is subject to handling costs at the exhibitors expense. For exhibitors not shipping materials may load their boxes at the resort loading dock located on the northeast side of the conference center. To receive the special discounted room rate of $96 per night (current government per diem rates), you must refer to “ASU’s Construction in Indian Country Conference” when making reservations. Reservations must be made by May 8, 2009 to get the preferred rate.
Cancellation Policy:
All requests for refunds must be sent to the Del E. Webb School of Construction. Cancellation will not be accepted over the telephone. A refund, less a $100 cancellation fee per registrant, will be granted to written requests received by May 8, 2009. No refunds will be granted after May 8, 2009.
