Vice President/General Manager, DMB, Inc.
Ms. Carroll oversees development and operation of the Marley Park project. Her primary responsibilities include managing all aspects of planning, entitlement, feasibility and land negotiations, as well as the community’s ROI.
Prior to joining DMB, Ms. Carroll was the sole proprietor of Effestructure Residential, a land acquisitions development and entitlement company. She also was previously the vice president of Land Acquisitions for Monterrey Homes and Division Manager for Richmond American Homes.
Ms. Carroll is a graduate of University of Texas at El Paso and is a Certified Public Accountant. She is active in several professional and community organizations including sitting on the Board of Directors for Rancho Feliz Charitable Foundation, the Urban Land Institute, and Social Ventures Partners.
